The second building in the New Town program, IESB is the new interactive crossroads in the very heart of the Langley Campus. The 2-story, 135,000SF building, slated for LEED Gold, houses dining, conferencing, and assembly spaces, in addition to media and interactive research office programs. The new building balances references to both the extraordinary research artifacts at Langley as exemplified  in the wind tunnel structures, and the administrative buildings that have defined the core of the Langley campus for over 60 years.
